Please note; after your floral pick up or delivery is complete, unpacking or set-up is not included with our pre-arranged collections. Floral setup and care remains your responsibility.

78 W. Schiller St. Chicago, IL 60610. Pickups must be scheduled in advance.

Delivery is available within Chicagoland starting at $20.

Pre-designed arrangements help keep your floral investment costs low. Due to the nature of this service, floral collections cannot be customized in any way. Specific flower availability is dependent on the climate outside the U.S. and may vary with each season. These factors are beyond our control. We will always strive to source blooms as shown but, if certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to make necessary changes while we make sure to keep the same effect of the theme.

Vases are yours to keep; they are included in the price of each arrangement. Feel free to gift the centerpieces to your guests.

• Orders are not complete until payment is received. Payment is required 21 days prior to your event date. 

• Cancellations made less than 21 days before your event are non-refundable. 

• Cancellations made before the 21-day cutoff are subject to a $300 cancellation fee.
